Welcome to our art exhibitions in Stockholm in our gallery on Birger Jarlsgatan 14. Every year we present around ten curated exhibitions of Scandinavian art for sale. Admission is always free, and information about current and upcoming exhibitions can be found here on the website.

Åmells was founded in 1920 and is today a world leader in Scandinavian art. Our gallery in Stockholm has long been an established meeting place for those who want to buy quality art. Our speciality and in-depth knowledge of Scandinavian art from the 17th century to the present day means that in addition to the annual Spring and Autumn exhibitions, we show a number of themed exhibitions on individual artists, eras, genres or groups of artists every year. For all exhibitions, we also produce richly illustrated catalogues, both physical and digital, with in-depth texts and work descriptions written by our curators. If you are looking for works by a particular artist, we have a diverse range of high quality works and are happy to organise private viewings.
